You may never fully realise how many nervous systems feel safer because you exist ✨✨

it’s the “whewwwww” sound I make when I take my first step into a large body of water 🌊

I can feel the energy pulse into me and pierce through my entire being. ⚡️

The trees come alive. The mountains. The sun charging my soul. It’s a feeling unlike any other. The downloads and intuitive hits are crisp and palpable here. ✨

I have to get my feet into “wild earth” (I call it because park grass is just not the same vibration 🤣) at least every other day.

I’ll take calloused heels over shoes any day. 🌎🌱👣

And for the last few years I’ve sat back and observed. The human behavior aspects. How uncomfortable people get when they aren’t “perfectly aligned” with someone else. How safe it feels to be in an echo chamber with only like-minded individuals.

And more that that — I’ve noticed a lot of us want the same thing. Believe the same things. We just use different words and terminology to get there. But when you distill it down to its simplest form — the pieces are all the same or similar.
