In this week’s free webinar, I explored why so many people struggle to create lasting physical change — particularly with weight loss — and revealed why the approach most of us take is actually working against us.

The key insight most people don’t realize: real, permanent transformation can’t be forced from the outside in.

> If you’re triggered by a comment or look that was made about your weight and that ignited motivation to ‘change’ ... this won’t be sustainable

> If you are with a group of women and feel like the odd one out with your weight and body type and that ignited motivation to ‘change’ ... it won’t be sustainable

These are all examples of change that is coming from the EXTERNAL.

We need to focus on change that is coming INTERNALLY.

It has to begin with an internal shift in identity, awareness, and self-relationship.

We covered:

(1) The Real Reason Your Motivation Always Fades — There’s a specific type of motivation that feels powerful at first but is almost guaranteed to collapse within a year. Do you know which kind you’re using?

(2) Why What Worked Before Suddenly Doesn’t — It’s not your age, your metabolism, or bad luck. There’s a surprisingly specific reason the same strategies stop producing results — and it has everything to do with what’s been building beneath the surface.

(3) What Your Body Is Actually Trying to Tell You — Excess weight isn’t random. Your body is sending a very deliberate signal — but most people are trying to silence it instead of decode it.

(4) The Moment Change Becomes Permanent — Lasting transformation doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from a very particular internal state that most people never reach because they don’t know what it feels like or how to get there.

(5) The One Skill That Unlocks Everything Else — Before any tool, program, or protocol can work, there’s a foundational skill you need to develop first. Without it, nothing sticks — with it, everything starts to shift.
