6 cups broccoli florets chopped finely

3 tablespoons mayo

2 tablespoons raisins

1/4 cup red onion

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup carrots shredded

Instructions

1. Finely chop broccoli florets into tiny pieces. Add to a medium tupperware container with a lid. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.


2. Place in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes (and up to 3 days). Hold off on adding the sunflower seeds until you're ready to eat.
