Ingredients

1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup water

2.5 tablespoons gelatin
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the gelatin and honey (or maple syrup) into a blender until it's a pureed fruit liquid.
2. Take the fruit puree and pour into a saucepan and heat on low. Add the gelatin and whisk until fully combined. Make sure there are no lumps! Add the honey or maple syrup to sweeten as you desire. Taste and add more if needed.
3. Heat the mixture until all the gelatin is dissolved, but the key is to not let it boil! Once it is dissolved remove from the heat.
4. Pour into moulds or a glass container to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Or the freezer if you want to speed things up!
5. Pop out of the moulds or cut out of any container you used. Store in the fridge for about 10 days.
Remember: Honey should not be given to kids under the age of 1.
