Body Symptoms Healing

If you've ever felt like you're making progress with a symptom, only for it to return again when you least expect it, this webinar may completely change how you view healing.

In this powerful webinar, Maggie explores why chronic symptoms don't appear out of nowhere, why flare-ups are often predictable long before they happen, and the one healing mistake that keeps so many people stuck in the same cycle for years.

You'll discover why symptom relief isn't the same as healing, how your body has been communicating with you long before things reached crisis point, and what it truly means to build trust with your body rather than constantly battling against it.

In this webinar, you'll uncover:

✨ Why body symptoms ebb and flow and the hidden neural patterns driving the cycle

✨ The surprising reason flare-ups often begin weeks before any physical symptoms appear

✨ Why understanding the root cause of a symptom isn't enough to create lasting change

✨ The one thing most people stop doing as soon as they start feeling better and how it keeps symptoms coming back

✨ Why trying to heal during a flare-up is often the hardest and least effective time to do the work

✨ How to recognise your body's "whisper signals" before they become a shout

✨ Simple ways to strengthen communication with your body, intuition, and higher self

✨ Small everyday experiments that help build evidence, trust, and confidence in your healing journey

This conversation is filled with personal stories, practical examples, intuitive insights, and a refreshing perspective on what true healing actually asks of us.

You may never look at recurring symptoms the same way again!

Welcome, welcome, welcome. We are so excited you guys are here. Who's ready to talk some pesky body symptoms? Ashley's like, "Sign me up." Ash, are you ready for this? Are you doing okay, girly? Yeah, we're just out camping. Yeah, we're just out camping. Oh, fun. Yeah. Yeah. That's a blast. I'm so excited for you.  Awesome. Well, I think this one is gonna be incredible for you, because I know you've been dealing with some stuff. Everyone's been dealing with some stuff, so this always comes at the perfect time. So real quick, first and foremost, um, we've been getting so many emails of, like, how do we speed up timelines?  How do we move faster? I'm listening to the podcast, I'm listening to the Q&As, I'm listening to the webinars. I'm trying to soak it all up, and I just... Like, their soul is on fire, and they want to move at, like, record speed. And my answer for that, for everybody that feels that way, like they are consuming it, consuming the content, and they're still wanting more and more and more, my answer for that will always be joining the membership.  Because- You need to be able to listen to the webinars multiple times in a row. You need to be able to hear the replays over and over and over in order to kind of start building those neural pathways. So if you're somebody that's like, "I'm listening to the podcast, I'm lib- listening to the webinars, I'm showing up live," which is great, that's exactly what you need to be doing to collapse timelines to...  I was just, I was just doing this the other day, pulling it for somebody, and with them, showing up live to the webinars, just lives alone, like, not even being in the membership program, she had collapsed a timeline for one of her goals by around eight and a half, nine years just by being in the webinars, just by showing up live, just by feeding off the energy, just by carving out that little bit of time in her week to ask questions, to, you know, um, hear at whatever angle she could hear the information that was presented that day.  So eight and a half, nine years, that's literally insane. That's insanity. Just by, again, learning the universal laws, hearing the different takes, hearing the different angles. And so it really shows the power. Sarah, you had wrote such a beautiful thing I haven't gotten to yet in school, but, um, such a beautiful paragraph about the clicks and aha moments that you got from the parenting webinar last week, and just how much it has completely transformed your life and the, the thoughts you were having about parenting, and that's what these webinars do, right?  That's what these webinars do, is they open up doors that your consciousness has been waiting to hear that little twist, hear this little phrase, um, have this click, this aha moments. It is so... I can't even explain to you how intricately orchestrated the words that I use are. The, the topics that I go over.  All of it is, like, so divinely led to meet you right where you guys are at at all times, right? And I know that you guys feel that way walking away from these and being like, "Holy crap, like, I never thought of it in this light," or, "I've heard her say that six times before, but today was at this level that I needed to hear, and now, like, this opened the door, and all, I was able to hit all these, um, these moments that were sitting on my timeline to get me to the end result."  Like, when I do energy work and energy healing and we have this long timeline of things that I know you need to hit on this day, in three days, in six days, in one month. There's all these spheres, they look like spheres, but, like- pockets of information, both hard physical 3D reality information like you need to meet this person at the park, and she needed to say this thing to you that then inspired you to do this over here.  3D physical reality stuff, or this fight with your partner needed to happen to get to over here. And then there's also these, these other pieces of information on your timeline, which are thoughts, ideas, connections, and downloads. So they're literally conscious thoughts that you need to have first. They kind of look like they Getting a little technical with the energy work and how it looks, but it kind of looks like they pair with the spheres, where it's like you need to have this connection, this intuitive hit, like I need to head to the park right now, right?  Just for an example. Then you're going to meet this person at the park, then this is going to happen, and it transpires, right? This huge timeline of all the stuff you need to hit in order to get to your goal, where at the end you're like, "Wow, I just made a 15k income month. That was my goal all along." But you're not seeing the 1,000 little micro moments that need to happen to hit that, to hit that goal, right?  Or we're talking about body symptoms. Maybe your, your big goal is to only have one or two flare-ups a year, right? You're not seeing all the moments that need to be hit, all the downloads that need to be hit, all the things that need to happen in order to get to that end result. In our human self, we think that, oh, it's just we have this goal, we're making action steps here and there, and then we get there, right?  Or we get really frustrated when we don't get there, and we don't see all the work that's being put in in between, right? We're not noticing the thoughts. We're not noticing the connections, the intuitive hits, the downloads, the meeting this person that inspired this. We don't see all that if we're not looking into it intuitively, and then we can get really frustrated when the end goal isn't here, right?  But being a part of these lives, being a part of the webinars, being a part of the Q&As, and then if you're wanting to really crush timelines, right? My next, my next recommendation for you guys would be to do the membership because you're able to access the previous webinars, right? So if you're continuing to deal with the same patterns on overwhelm, right, you need to go back and intuit and look at the overwhelm webinar, right?  It's going to help you guys pick... Cherry pick is what it is. You're cherry picking the pattern that you keep doing, and you're looking at the webinar and the exercises and the awareness pieces to go back and focus on those different pieces. That's the power in hosting all these free webinars. All these hours and hours of content is for you guys to cherry pick what you guys need in that moment, have it be remembered, and remember the more times you listen and you replay, the, the more, the more times you access all those different points you need to hit on your timeline to get to that end goal.  It's like a hyper speed, right? If you just hear it once, and you're not coming back to it or- You're not having the realization that you need to listen to that replay again. It's just creating a longer timeline that's gonna take more years and time for you to hit that goal because it's just sluggish, right?  Like, they're great. These webinars are great, but just hearing it one time is not going to collapse timelines and propel you guys. For those of you guys that are wanting, like, I need this yesterday. Like, I have so much I wanna get to in life, I have so much I wanna do, I don't have time to sit around and just pick up what I can in a week.  I need to hyper-speed it, right? Some of you guys are asking those questions. That would be my recommendation for that, is that everything we do here is so intricately orchestrated and picked out and intuitively led that if you're wanting to move at that pace, that's what I would suggest. So we're just getting a lot of emails on that.  Like, you guys are soaking it all in. What's next, right? You guys are waiting for classes to come out. You're waiting for programs to come out. We're working on all that, and, and it's gonna be, um, in the perfect timing as always. But if you're still wanting to, like, move fast, it would be in the membership rewatching stuff, asking questions, intuiting all of that stuff.  Does anyone have any thoughts or questions on that? You, like, tapped into my- ... thought field today and yesterday. Were you thinking about that? Well, yeah, because I've actually been thinking about it for a little bit, but I wanted to get through intuition because I know I can get very, like, consume information.  Yes. And I needed to, like, focus on that part. And so now that I'm coming to the end, I was like, "Okay, now it's time for me to go back and do this part," because kind of what I said, um, in school is, you know, intuition is, like, the tool, but these are the, like, life lessons for those tools. 100%. And so now I think I'm ready for that.  Like, I have the tools, I feel like. Yes, yes. I'm now ready to listen to the, uh, all the other half of it. You know what I mean? So, yes. Right, right. And it's so empowering. Like, what I hear the most from students are, "I intuited exactly..." Like, one of our students is, like, a master at this. She will go, "I'm having this issue."  Yeah. She intuits exact webinar, exact mimi- minute that she needs. She goes to it. It's exactly what she needs to hear. She moves on. Yeah. It's a, it's a fast track because you're not sitting there going, "I'm gonna try to hit every single webinar in a linear way." Mm-hmm. When you have intuition, you go, "This is my problem.  Exactly which timeframe, exactly which timestamp, and what I need to hear is in this moment." You shortcut it. You move on, right? Yeah. It's very similar to how I, how I read books. I will... I have so many books. I have, like, 10 going on at once, and I will just pick and choose which one I need, and then I will pick and choose which chapter I need.  And I don't ever do a book from start to finish. It drives my husband nuts. He, he's like, "What are you doing?" And I'm like, "Just being my own animal over here." Like, a whimsical unicorn in the forest. Like, I will just pick a sentence. I will pick a story, and I will extract what I need based off what my higher self is telling me, and then I move on.  And I don't need to have this, um, this very linear thinking about gaining the lessons from it when you have intuition and you can just cherry pick. It really becomes a shortcut to life. So, um, that's funny that you said that though. Always tapping into your guys' thought fields. I think that's good though.  I think, I think, like you said, having intuition and having that skill set, even if you don't have a trained intuition and you use the titles, right? And you, you all have an intuition, so using the titles and going, "Oh, overwhelm is my weakness right now. Oh, child trauma, like, that's my... Like, that's what's going on in my life," you'll still be able to, to navigate it based on the topics and the titles and the bullet points and all of that good stuff.  But it is a leg up when you have intuition and kind of can go this, this, this, boom, done. Um, so that's what I would say for you guys asking some of those similar questions of moving fast, collapsing timelines, wanting to speed up the process. It will be different, too, for everyone. Um, you guys can email in.  We're thinking about doing a new offer. We haven't sorted out all the details yet, but an offer where you guys, we sit down and kind of hash out where you need to be next on your timeline based on all our programs, services, all of that stuff, and kind of where your higher self is wanting you to focus on.  Whether it's a health issue, um, there just seems to be this very categorized, organized way that I see it with my intuition on your timelines. Like, if we knock out this health issue, wealth is coming right after it, or if we knock out your inconsistency with wealth patterns, then your health actually simplifies and it goes...  Like, there's just these different ways that- You guys have these obstacles in front of you, and there's sm- there's some of the obstacles that are taking up a lot of your energy. And with intuition, you can kind of map that out of like, ooh, this is like a, a big rock. This is 65% of what your issue is in life.  If we focus on this, this lens, this angle, all these other areas are gonna dissipate, right? But it's so different per person. So if you're kind of wondering that, just email in. We're, we'll try to figure that out and kind of sort through the details of what that would look like. But I am finding that a lot of sessions are going there right now because what we think is the problem is never the problem, right?  So if you're trying to, let's say, make money, making a- an abundance of money, I might look in and be like, "It's not even about the money. It's about your l- your self-love. It's about your body image. It's about all the ways that you talk to yourself. Once we nip this, this goes away," right? So it's, it's, it's hard without intuition.  It's also hard when it's your own stuff because you, you tend to fixate on past programming, and all of it's wrapped into it, right? It's like, I want people to see me as successful. I want people to... I wanna be able to affor- it's just... it's none of that is actually it, right? So having a second lens come in and be like, "What am I doing?"  I find people think that is very helpful because it's just a straightforward path then, and then it's just somebody spoon-feeding you, "This is what needs to happen to get to this." So email in if you guys are wanting a little bit more of that, but I have been seeing a lot of questions come in, so I thought that I would just, you know, sit and address that first and foremost today.  Um, okay, so with body symptom healing, kind of along the same lines is- We're all wanting... We all have at least one body symptom that wavers, right? Two, three, four, five, typically all of us. Whether it's an autoimmune condition, whether it's eczema patches that like to show up, whether it's allergies, right, that show up in the spring, show up in the summer right now.  Uh, whether it's like a pesky wart. I don't know why I keep seeing this, but, like, people will not be able to get rid of their kids' warts, and they just keep coming back over and over, and they keep freezing them, and then they're coming back. Like, whether it's something small like that, an eczema patch, something bigger like an autoimmune condition, um, mental health, right, depression that wavers and seems to only come in the winter.  Whatever it is, we all have things that ebb and flow, and the reasoning for our symptoms ebbing and flowing is what? What else is ebbing and flowing? Thoughts. Thoughts, right, are the, um, the, the exact formula and concoction and neural networks that have created that condition, they're ebbing and flowing.  So when you're in remission, when you're not having those symptoms, it's because that concoction of that neural network that is so beautifully crafted into this beautiful, perfect, specific formula isn't running as loud right then, right? And the minute that it kind of gets into this perfect storm again and you, you get those neural networks running and firing at very loud levels, then it continues to up the ante until you're in a full-blown flare-up or until that symptom comes back full force.  And then that is usually the time everybody is like, "Oh, no, I need to work on my thoughts. I need to work on all these, these, um, neural networks I have and all this stuff." And that's what I want to get into today is that thought process right there of I'm gonna enjoy life when the symptoms are not here, and I'm going to live it up, live it up, live it up, and then I crash when they come back, right?  And we then ti- tend to do the internal work when we're at that all-time low. And then when we get into a better groove, we feel really good, we lose the motivation to continue the internal work. Has anyone ever felt that way? Like, I'll do the work when I need to, but when I don't need to, you won't be catching me do that.  Yes, Ashley, emotions ebb and flow for sure. And why don't you guys write in the chat something that you guys, if you feel comfortable, are dealing with that seem to ebb and flow like that or unmute yourself, and you guys can explain to you guys. No, I don't care Um, I'll get into some examples of our family today.  Remember, everybody has somebody, has something like this. I don't know one human that doesn't walk around with neural networks, you know, creating symptoms. Um, but we all have something that will pop its head up and be this ebbing and flowing and not necessarily this consistent rock in our life. Does anyone have anything they wanna share?  I was... I, I don't know exactly what the question you're asking, but, um, along the, like, ebb and flow. Yeah Like, ever since, um, like, you had intuited the body symptom of the RA, um- Mm-hmm ... it was, like, super empowering to get the information, have a pathway to go, but then I, like, fall into, like, a flareup or a new body symptom, and I just get, like, bogged down by it.  Yep. Um, and then I, like, it, you know, goes back to that lose your power and whatever. And so that's what I'm kinda in that, like- Limbo ... yeah, I'm kinda in that phase right now where I'm like, "Okay, I have new symptoms coming up. Like, is this from the RA? Like, what is this from?" Like- Right ... where am I lacking? Um, instead of feeling empowered and, like, going in intuiting it, it just, I just let it wear me down.  Right. Right. And that is a really powerful- Um ... statement too, is when you do have new symptoms in the game and you're looking at it, it is so important, like you just said, to go, "Is this a piece of a bigger problem? Am I now dealing with a separate problem?" Right? And trying to figure that- Right ... out if this is a piece of the same problem or a spin-off in a different angle, right?  Most of the time- Right ... nine times out of 10, right, we talk about whittling it down, whittling it down, whittling it down. It's going to have the same root, but, like, two different heads, right? Does that make sense? So- Right. Yeah ... so you wanna... Yeah, that's something that you'd want to intuit and not allow it to, uh, derail you, but almost look at it like a scientific experiment of where are we at with this, is this something separate, and getting really technical and really specific with it, right?  Do you have some, like, a symptom that you wanna see- Yeah ... right now if it's included? Um, the most recent thing that I've been dealing with is swollen ankles and feet, and part of me is wondering if it's because I'm not following, like, the life path that I should be on. Yeah. If that's... So it's not included with the RA.  Okay. Two separate. This one is more like you're feeling stuck that you're not, um, really fulfilling your soul purpose to the extent you, your soul wants you to be. Yeah. Does that make sense? Yeah. So it's, it's, it's like- That's exact- I mean, that's exactly what I'm coming up with. Like, I feel like I'm not walking in, like, a proactive way, and so yeah.  And it's, like, so painful. It's, like, debilitating. Yes. And so again, do you see how that body translation from swollen ankles, swollen... Did you say feet? Um- Yeah ... can that still be whittled down to you're not sitting in your power? Yeah. Yeah, right? So it's a different... So it's, like, the same root, same issue down here, two separate heads, right?  Right. Like, every single different body symptom is gonna have a different angle all coming back to you don't feel like you can express your power, and I would even say not feeling like you can express your power consistently. Like, there's an element of you- Right ... that feels very stuck, like that stuck energy.  Like, sometimes I can show up, and I can be in that powerful state, but it's almost like this annoyance you have towards self when then you falter. Would you agree? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And so I think looking at it from a new lens, Ash, of going, um, did... Were you able to listen to the podcast on healing and it being, and timelines and it being unrealistic?  I don't think so. That one was a little bit of a kick in the pants, um, because I'm hearing that a lot. Like, that was, that message was coming through a lot of when I get the information of what my body symptom is saying, I expect for it to be changed, right? There's a little bit of this expectation of, like, now I know the communication of what my body is saying, now I expect it to act up, right?  And not taking- Right ... the human responsibility and earning the right to actually do the neural rewiring in the brain. Okay. That's a really good episode. I would suggest that you listen to that. Um, did anyone else get to that one? Mm-hmm. Sarah? That was a good one. Yeah. It was a good one. Yeah. It's, it's coming up a lot and, and it's totally relatable.  I mean, anybody that is in extreme discomfort, your biological response is to get back into comfort. Like, that's just it. If you are in pain, in chronic pain, extreme discomfort, you will do anything, and you expect your body to get back into a safe, comfortable place, right? And so it's not that it's wrong, and it kind of also ties into what we're talking about today.  It's not wrong, we just have to li- we have to look at it in a new lens of we have been in this pattern for 20, 30, some, like some of my clients, 50, 60 years. It's going to take time, and we can't expect our bodies to snap out of it just because we have the decoding of it. Right. Right? It's going to take...  Like, we, I always give you the analogy for as long as it took for you to hike up that mountain, it, just because you got up there and you got the information, you got the decoding, it's still gonna take you pro- your body holds you to a system of proving to it that you're actually changing your lifestyle.  It's kind of like, um... This, this is a great analogy. It's kind of like you... Let's say that you were an alcoholic or somebody was an alcoholic, and they get to a point of going, "I understand I'm an alcoholic. I understand my coping mechanism is turning to alcohol when I feel like I can't cope with life. I have the information of why I'm doing it, right?  Childhood trauma, my parents did it, blah, blah, blah, blah." But then after you get that information and you admit you're an alcoholic, it's like expecting your body just to, like, let it go. Like, thank you for admitting it, but not doing the work to actually get it out of your system, and to actually change your coping mechanisms, right?  That is... That is a good analogy to healing a body part. Just because we go, "I know what the neural pathway is. I understand what I, what I'm doing. I understand why I'm doing it, right? Like, childhood trauma, PTSD. Like, I get where it's coming from. I give my body grace." It, that just knowing the information isn't enough to actually, like, push out the symptom.  We still have to work on neural rewiring. We still have to work on changing our patterns, and the body's not just gonna shift just because we're in acknowledgement. Does that make sense to everybody here? It wa- it, it wa- it's fighting for you so hard, but it's also going, "I need you to earn the right for me to go away.  I'm gonna hold you to the fire because I love you so much, and I know how easy it is for you to revert back to old patterns, that I'm gonna hold you to this because I want you to radically embrace self-love, even the symptom." Like, it's also showing yourself unconditional self-love of going, even in the symptom, I can love life.  Even in the symptom, I can enjoy life. Even in the symptom, I'm okay. Even in the symptom, I am safe. Even in the symptom, I am still beautiful, I am still loved, I am still worthy. It's holding that duality at the same time that your body is forcing you to see neutrality with the duality. What are we doing here, you guys?  We're coming up with new slogans. We're f- someone write that ish down. Will I remember it? I will not. But do you see what I'm saying? Like, your body is forcing you to hold both at the same time in your state of healing, 'cause that's unconditional love. That's source-like love. That's going, I'm in pain and I'm still okay at the same freaking time.  I'm not enjoying this symptom, yet I know I can get over it and I can move through it at the same time. It's the positive and the negative. It's the huge contrast, but overall going, I am neutral, I am balanced on this, and that comes from an overall sense of having power like, like Ashley said. It's having the belief that you can move mountains, you can change things, you will get to it, you will be capable of it, you will...  Um, nothing is, nothing is too far-fetched. Nothing is too far gone. It's having those beliefs and sy- systems, belief systems woven into your cells so that you can hold both of those at the same time. And if you are still sitting there, and I'm talking to everybody here, if y- and anybody that watches this live, if anybody is still sitting there going, "Shoot, this is coming up again.  Shoot, this... I'm uncomfortable. Shoot, I, I am, I am broken. Shoot, I did something wrong again. Shoot," you know, any of those types of thoughts, is the scale balanced? Or are we sitting like this? Right? We're kinda... We're going, "This is wrong, this is wrong, this is wrong. I screwed up again. I screwed up again. I thought I had everything figured out, now I don't."  Are any of those unconditional love thoughts? No, right? We have to... And it's... I'm not saying it's a cakewalk. Healing body symptoms is super hard because you're dealing with neural networks that have been running rogue for y- decades, right? You're dealing, um, which we'll get into this in a little bit as well, new thought processes you've never had to ever express in your life, like somebody telling you it's okay that you don't feel good, right?  Like, you're like, “No, it's not.” Like, your immediate response is like, "Screw off," you know? Like, "F off." Like, I don't... I don't wanna hear your, your lingo. Um, other, other belief systems that are tied to that is, you don't understand what I'm going through. You don't know what hell I have when my symptoms are popping up.  Ashley's like, "Get out of my thought field, you lady." Um- No, it's not. It's not. I- I mean, it's ju- I mean, like, new symptoms that come up, you're like, what is this from? And- Right ... I think my biggest hangup is, like, what is the first action step to reversing it is where I'm s- Right ... like, that's where I feel stuck right now.  Like, okay, I know, like, the flareup is an imbalance and, you know, or the swelling is an imbalance, but what is a good tangible action step to move forward? Right. I would, um, I would go back specifically for you and listen to that audio again, to the ingredients you need to be embodying. That would be my first step.  Okay. Okay. Go back and listen, um, to that hour-long audio and see what new angles you hear today that you didn't hear when I first gave it to you. Okay. There'll be so many... I'm, I'm pulling, like, five to six connections right now that you never thought of because you weren't supposed to hear about 'em. You weren't supposed to see it from that angle when I originally gave it to you that you will see in a new light today.  Okay. Um, but it, it's a, it's a really good, it's a really good testament, what Ashley's saying, is, like, we f- we tend to feel extremely stuck with it, right? And we... And it's because of everything I just brought up. It's because of the belief systems that are attached to it. It's because of the people that are around us that are experiencing emotional imbalances right along with us that surely don't help us out, right?  Typically, when we have these reoccurring symptoms, what do we typically hear from our family and friends? Either it can be something from yours, your situation, or from other people's situations. What do you guys usually think happens with family and friends that are around people that have reoccurring symptoms?  I know a lot of people mention it's something like you must have eaten something wrong, or you need to start working out, or, um, yeah, like you need to be moving your body in a different way ... they are, like, just prone to give you the laundry list of their own thoughts and advice, right? Maybe even unsolicited, like maybe you didn't even ask them that and they're just, like, brainstorming, right?  Out of love, but still adding to your mental load, right? Like, probably adding to your emotional balance, too, of going maybe I did or didn't ask you for your advice, or are you saying that what I didn't, that what I have done isn't good enough, or I didn't work out in the right way, or I didn't work... You know, it feels like almost an insult at times when they're giving us that advice.  Would you agree? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Maggie, were you gonna say something? I was just gonna say that, that or they may go into, like, their own ailments and, "Oh, it's just normal. That's just how it is," or, "You're just getting older." It's, you know, like kind of bl- brushing it off as normal. Yep. Even though common doesn't equal normal.  Co- Yeah, exactly, right? They could just be kind of a part of societal mental contagion- Mm-hmm ... of this is just normal living. That's just getting old. Like, your- Yeah, that's just getting old ... ankles are just supposed to be swollen, Ashley, and she's like, "No, they're not." Yeah. They're not, you know? And that is frustrating too, because you then are surrounded with people that don't understand your sole desire to be living at such an intricate, um, such an intricate way of living that you are going to be holding yourself to a higher standard than everyone else, right?  And- Yes, people in, people in my life get really sick of hearing about the chemicals in the food, and the products, and all... And I'm like, "Well, you know what you guys? I have to pay attention to that. You may get tired of hearing it. I'm trying to give you guys information so that if you choose, you can live a healthier life, because I know what it can do to your body, and it's se-" You know what I mean?  It's- So there's also that. It's like- Right. Right ... "Yes, Maggie, we know. This food is bad." It's like, yeah. Yeah, they get kind of, um- Teasing, but also, like, it's, it's- Yeah ... taunting in a way- Yeah ... of just, like, not taking you seriously. Yeah. Right? Mm-hmm. Sarah, were you gonna say something? Oh. Um, I also see a lot from clients that have symptoms that come and go of feeling like their loved ones are just plain sick of it.  They're like, "Okay, you're fatigued again? Like, I gotta move on with my life. Like, we still have kids. We still have this. We still need to move on." Almost like a, um... It can feel very isolating to the client that's going through it and actually physically feeling those feelings, and having everybody else wanting them to just move on and just get over it, and just...  Like, it's, it's almost like the, the caring level, the nurturing level, goes way, way, way, way down, and they go, "What, yeah, what are, what are we gonna do about it?" Like, I, I, you know, you kind of get to that point, um, when you're dealing with the same problems, right? And, and that's where they tend to go, like, either you're just gonna have to live like this and, like, fricking figure it out, or they tend to go, um, almost like a negative exasperated, "Well, maybe if you would do this, then, then it wouldn't, you wouldn't keep getting yourself in the same positions and the same thought processes."  And, like, they tend to harp, right? They tend to have a lot of that negative contagion, societal contagion thought process, which at the end of the day, they're, they're reading your energy waves of what you already feel about yourself, but it also doesn't help to get you to a better state of healing, right?  It's not something that can boost your frequency up and help you kind of get out of the stuck hole that you feel like you are currently in, right? So there's all these aspects to healing, but the biggest take-home for you guys today that I really wanted to, to go in on hard is that when we have a reoccurring symptom, something that is ebbing and flowing, every single person wants to just do the hard work when it's bad, and they don't want to do the internal work and create, um, change when it's good.  And is, and just from a body standpoint after communicating with hundreds and, and thousands of bodies throughout the course of my life, when we have that type of mentality, are we creating a life change that our body is asking us to create when we are essentially half in, half out? Is that a true life change and following the request of our body?  No, it's like setting a New Year's resolution. Yes. Like, I'm gonna do it all two weeks of January. Right. And then, like, I'm out when I don't get the results right away, right? Yeah. So our body has a very, very clear pathway for healing. You guys will hear me say that till the day I die. There is a unique self-intelligence healing code your body possesses for every single body symptom, every single one.  It is so cut and dry. It is so black and white. It is complex, but there is a unique formula that you follow every single step, you get the end result. But what I am seeing is that people are only wanting to follow the self-healing codes when they don't feel good, and when their body starts to make the progress and starts to let go of symptoms, then the human completely lets go and goes, "Perfect.  We're healing." And, and instead of going, "Perfect, we're healing. I'm gonna keep it up," they're completely letting go of everything they've been doing, going, "I'm done. I'm, I'm... My body's perfect now." And the body's going, "Well, now we're just right back in it because you didn't stay with it for the long term, and now I don't feel like you're earning the right.  I don't feel like you're taking full responsibility," and that's when it comes back up with now we're back in a flare-up. And this is it- And then- Yeah ... and then it starts to become chronic, right? Absolutely. Then, then you ebb and flow like that. Every single, every single chronic health condition started with the ebbing and the flowing.  Started with the flare-ups. Whether or not you were cognizant of it in middle school or high school or whenever it started, every single one starts whisper, whisper, whisper, shout when nobody's paying attention. But you can go, and this is also another innate belief clients hold, is, "No, there were no other symptoms.  There were no other little whispers before I just got nailed with the whatever disease." And it's like, nope, like that started, you know, 22 years ago. Here's exactly what happened. Here's the path that it escalated to. But again, it goes back to we're living such busy lives, we're not connected to self. We don't understand what our body is trying to say to us.  And that can be really detrimental to The relationship between you and body because you're asking a lot from it and it's going, "Dude, I've been trying to get at your attention for t- 22 years now," you know? "Now you're mad at me? I, I've been, I've been desperate, desperate to talk to you and you wanted nothing to do with me until it got this bad."  Right? Like, it is a complete cyclical relationship between you and body, and everybody... And it's, and it's not anyone's fault because it's the conditioning around it, right? It's the society, it's all of it. But it's everybody gets mad at body, right? Everybody get, wants to take so much from body and it's like we're not fully understanding.  It's kind of like an abusive relationship, right? Like abuse, abuse, abuse, abuse, abuse, and then you go, "Well, then why were you doing that to me?" Right? It, it just like it doesn't add up, right? And so when we can change some of those innate beliefs of understanding I have to prove it, I have to, I have to prove that I'm willing to put in the work for it to even start laying off the symptoms.  And even then after I prove the work and it starts responding positively to me, I have to keep going with the work and not stop there. I have to keep focusing, keep creating that lifestyle change so that I get the full end result and not just that little dopamine hit of like, woo, I changed a symptom.  You know what I mean? Um, you have to have the long game mentality if you truly want to erase a condition from your life. Erase a sickness and disease from your life, you have to be in it for the long game Um, so we talk about this in healing, in healing sessions, um, where we have this escalation scale.  And if you are somebody that ebbs and flows from a reoccurring symptom, from a, a disease, a sickness, a condition, we talk about the escalation scale of these are the five to 10 steps your body will do before it gets to the shout. And I intuit this for people, and they... It's so helpful, 'cause they don't understand the full picture of it, right?  To them, it's so close to them that they're like, "Well, I didn't know this meant that," and this was con- Like Ashley said, "I didn't know this was connected to this." It's hard to be so close to it, or if you don't have a trained intuition, there's no way for you to figure that out, right? And so when we can sit down and be like, "This is your number one symptom.  It's gonna be subtle. It's gonna be small. It's going to be something that you know you do, but you do it so often that you're not sitting in awareness of it," right? Was just doing this for a client the other day, and it was his, um, his leg kinda twitches a little like this, and it's the start of anxiousness, right?  But his legs, when he's sitting still, will kind of go like this, just the right leg. And I told him that, and he was like, "Well, I do that all the time." And I'm like, "No, you do that when you're about to have a flare-up and it's three weeks out." You know? And he's like, "How do you know my leg jiggles?" Like, I'm like, "Whatever.  We... Listen here. Your leg shake..." I know. I'm like, just like, "Dude, I can see it." Um, but it's like your leg will go like this. The minute you're in conscious awareness your leg's doing that, we have three weeks here, baby, before it's full-fledged issues. And when we get those steps, like this is this, this is the first step.  Some people will have seven steps, 10 steps, a lot, like whatever your intuited number is, it's different for every situation. To have the steps that are climbing up to the shout is so valuable, because then you can have your laser-focused vision in of going, "Oh, no, I'm doing this. Let's fix it now." Right?  We're not gonna wait till we're three weeks into a crisis, because why? Somebody tell me the reasons why it is unhelpful for our bodies to be in the flare-up and then actively trying to work on it  You're just in too much pain or negative thought patterns to- Yeah ... get out of it. You're, you're already thick in the neural network- Mm-hmm ... firing and wiring like 98, 99, and 100%. You are, you're there. You're not at creeping up at 30 and 40 and able to quickly and swiftly course correct that energy. You are thick in a pattern.  Thick, thick, thick. And also, when your body is not feeling good, whether that be pain, chronic pain, whether that be, um, looping OCD thoughts, whether that be depression, you don't have the oomph to tackle it. You, you are in survival mode, right? And when we're in survival mode, what kick-starts in our body by nature?  Fight or flight. Fight or flight. Fight or flight. What goes off when we have fight or flight? our minds. Our logical thinking, right? Mm-hmm. Like, our ability to, to really- Reason ... be balanced and reason, right? If you're sitting in crisis, can we really realistically talk about neutralizing your thoughts? Like, absolutely not, right?  Mm-hmm. If you're seeing me in crisis, if you're seeing me in flare-up, my one job is to, like, get you out of fight or flight, because I can't, I can't even get you to the root of what's going on. I can't talk to you about what the actual pathway is, 'cause you're not in a state of receiving. Mm-hmm. You know? So your fight or flight system goes off, goes on, your reasoning goes down.  Your ability to, to catch thoughts is not there, right? You're, you're not catching thoughts. You're in survival mode, and it... If you don't have also the skillsets to understand how to take your body out of fight or flight, you've got that climb back of the hike of however long it took your body to get whisper, whisper, whisper, shout.  Whether that's a three-week span, some of my clients are a three-month span, some of them are longer, you're gonna have that three months back of getting your body better. I can do energy work. I can do all of that. Your body's still gonna be like, "Listen here. Listen here, we have to prove it again." We have to get our body out of it.  We have to have... You talk about the timelines we started with, you have to hit 965 connections, intuitive thoughts, aha moments, physical reality, stuff hitting you in the face like partners threatening divorce, whatever. That needs to happen, and it's physical, 3D, and in your mind to be back out of that flare-up.  Like, there's going to be a course correction of things you need to hit before you're back feeling good. So this whole notion of, "I'm feeling really good, I'm gonna ride with it, I just wanna feel good," do that, right? Like, feel good. Feel good in your body. Please, please and thank you. But also, that's the time where you should be just giving her hell.  You should be, like, on it, on it, on it, but we tend to have this opposite viewpoint of, "I'm only gonna be on it when I don't feel good, and then I'm desperate for help, and then I'm sitting in..." You know what other law comes into play of this? Your, um, universal law of want. When you're in fight or flight, when you're in the pain, you would do anything to not feel that way, and now your level of wanting it to go away is at a 99%, a- and that nothing kills energetic alignment more than you not being able to live a life without that coming to fruition.  The level of want and again, holding that duality that God and Source wants us to hold. Yeah. Holding that duality of like, "I'm in pain, but I'm okay." Mm-hmm. That, that's not happening when your desperation to heal is at a 99%. So that is also massively playing against you when we kind of get into this, this uncharted red zone territory of I'm back in the flareup, and then we're trying to, like, crawl ourselves out of it.  And there has to be this level of commitment and consistency when you're out of the flareup knowing that you are well-patterned, well-programmed to easily slide into the red zone It's very close, we're going with, like, alcohol analogies here. It's very close to, like, going I know I have this pattern of wanting to get wasted and drunk and numb my feelings, but I'm gonna go to a house party anyways and expect my, my programming to be way superior to, you know, making the right choice.  We wouldn't put ourselves into that position, right? Most people know that that's gonna be a huge trigger for them. They know that that's gonna be... Their, their programming is gonna take over despite their best intentions. They're gonna slide right back to that red zone, right? So it's the prep that needs to happen beforehand, knowing, right, the acknowledgement, knowing this is my pattern, this is my programming.  I know why. I know what my body's telling me. I got all the details, but I still need to take the action steps to make sure I don't ha- like, land into that red zone, right? Um, I dealt with this a lot. Just for a personal story, I- you guys know that I had, like, the whole fainting. A lot of you guys know. Those that are new don't.  Um, I have fainted from a very young age because of my fight or flight system. Like, it was so sensitive that I remember the first time I ever shaved and I cut my leg. I got so nervous, and when I saw the blood, I fainted in the shower. Like, sixth grade, my dad found me. I fainted when I was... I have a memory of, like, being five, scraping my knee, stubbing my toe, literally falling over.  Like, could not handle the pain, because that meant I wasn't okay, and blood then was associated with it, and it became a whole situation where I have had really scary experiences as a grown woman of, um, having children and feeling like at any point, if I got too overwhelmed and my fight or flight system went to the extent it had in the past, that neural network went so fast that I could faint on a dime.  Like, I would have to... And I did this in Wisconsin when Brooks was first born. I would notify all the neighbors to be like, "Hey, if I ever call you and Tyler isn't home," he's not very reachable in the pharmacy, and you have to go, like, "Press one for the pharmacy." I'm like, "Give me my husband." You got, like, the whole automated situation- Mm-hmm  where I'm like, ugh. But if, and, oh, like, I needed to set up parameters in case that happened, right? 'Cause I didn't... And then I also had everybody around me normalizing it. My mom, "Oh, your sister does that." Yeah, 'cause we're all screwed up with our nervous systems, Mom. We all have the same upbringing. But she'd be, she'd normalize it, right?  People just do this. People, this just happens. You're so sensitive. You're so empathetic. You're so... This is just who you are. It's like- No. The, this is like, this is a very, very imbalanced nervous system that I have grown to just be like, this is nor- this isn't normal to be so upset that you faint. Like, no.  You know? Like, no. But it took me doing, when I be- when I first learned intuition, to do my own escalation skills, right? And to go, "I'm not just fainting out of nowhere like everybody's telling me," right? There are six steps that are coming before I throw up and faint and black out. There are six steps that are coming before that I need to be in awareness of step number one.  Mm. Right? I need to be in awareness that I'm disassociating, flying above my body, and seeing myself below. Step number one, the minute that happens, done, right? And you can even take this, this story and this symptom of, like, I would use... I, once I realized that, I was like, it all happens in two minutes. How am I supposed to...  Like, the, the lack thoughts again of like, I don't have control over this. W- it happens in two minute- I'm supposed to catch all those signs and, and escalation skills in two minutes? There's no way, right? There's no way. That is the lack mindset again. There was a way. There is a way to retrain yourself.  Everything is figure-out-able. Everything is solvable. And then I would go, "Oh, well, you know, it only happens once or twice a year. I'm supposed to just work on it once or twice a year? That's not enough time for me to really work and experiment." Lack mindset again, right? Like, everything is figure-out-able.  Everything is solvable. And I got myself to a point where now it hasn't happened in a really, in a couple years, right? And it's, I'm able to go, "Oh my gosh, I'm, I'm starting to feel unsafe. I'm starting to go above my head," 'cause it's so easy, so... I've done it for so long that it's just easy-peasy- ... that I need to, that I needed to work on all those steps to stop the end result, right?  And then even further, when I looked into it, it's like the fainting was in my energy field four weeks ago. Mm-hmm. It wa- you know? Like, it wasn't, it, it was go time during that exact incident that I, that I tied it to, but my nervous system was whacked out four weeks ago, and it kept making me a higher energetic match, higher energetic match, higher energetic match to experience that reflection.  So it's, it's, it's for everybody. This webinar is for everybody. The scale, the escalation scale and learning those steps is, like, chef's kiss, so, so helpful. But I just want to instill in you guys today this level of awareness of if you're trying to work on something, putting that energy and investment or whatever you need that time into when you feel good to prepare, right?  When I was fainting was not the time for me to be trying to course correct my energy and my ingredients, right? Yeah. The time for me to do that was four weeks prior. Mm-hmm. It was when I was feeling good, but I was just slightly for- like, slightly spiraling, slightly not catching my nervous system being out of whack, slightly being very, very, very uptight and wound up, right?  I, I needed to, to do the work when I was feeling well- Not in the moment I wasn't feeling well. Mm-hmm. Also very similar to giving birth, right? Like, we don't wanna train for giving birth when we're in that moment. We we wanna be doing the understanding of what birth is, the different phases, what's gonna happen, how our pain tolerance is, what we can do to support ourselves.  That mental prep needs to be nine months prior to go time. Mm-hmm. Or r- running a race or doing whatever, that prep needs to happen when you're well, not when it's go time. Mm-hmm. It is that same space for healing of you have an issue, you have flare-ups- Interesting ... you have these things happening to you.  When those things are happening to you is not the time that you need to be trying to sort through it, right? Does that make sense to you guys? Does anyone have any, like, thoughts or questions or reflections on that? I actually have a question. Mm-hmm. Um, so I had what I guess would say, like, not chronic.  I've always had body pain issues. Mm-hmm. And it just moves. So it's your low back. Right now it's, like, my adductor. It's my neck. It's... They've always moved. I've had them ever since I can remember. Like, I remember being in middle school being like, "Oh, I can't run. I have knee issues. My knee hurts. My ankle hurts."  Yeah. Um, and I've gotten to the point now where they're a little more chronic. Like, it'll be... It, it's not major pain, but they're, it's always there. Yeah. And now to the point, it's a po- that's a powerless, right? Yeah. Um, what I'm getting- Mm-hmm ... is, like, massive inflammation as well. Yeah. Um- That stuck energy, right?  It's stuck. It's, um... And then it's migrating, um, based on what you're recruiting in, and, like, using different body parts in the same way, but it's the same underlying tone of feeling stuck, feeling like you c- you can't, um, fully, fully understand what your body is telling you is what it is. Okay. So, like, neck issues would be, like, feeling stuck with being able to see both sides of things.  Yeah. Um, you know- Sure ... that type of thing. And so the underlying layer, yes, is feeling, feeling like... It's almost like an indecisiveness for you, like this stuck energy of, like, not fully- It's a lot of that, like, half in, half out. So it's like you're not fully going full force on what you wanna do. It's kinda like this timid, shy energy of like, "I'm gonna give it a little bit and see how it goes," when your body's asking you to be like, "Dude, go."  Okay. Go. Does that make sense? It does. I can see where I do that. Yeah. It's almost like you're trying to play it safe when there's a huge part of your soul that's, like, just pedal to the metal, Sarah. You know in your heart what you want, where you wanna go, but you're trying to play it safe. And the reason you're trying to play it safe is because of that lack of self-trust that it will all be okay if you fully go forward with it.  And this is something that I've had since I was little, little, yes? This is- Yeah ... neuropath- okay. Four years old, I'm getting. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Um- It's just feeling like, um, the energy that you were born with, that your soul created, that your higher self created you to have is this very exuberant, like, zest for life.  Like, I'm gonna give it my all. I'm gonna go for it, and it got dampened from childhood of, like, that big energy, your family couldn't hold it. It was just like, whoop, that's overwhelming. We're gonna make her tone it way down, 'cause they were uncomfortable with it. So they kinda dampened that... Oh, I have goosebumps.  Mm-hmm. They dampened that light of who you were born to be, and so you now just operate from this like, I can't fully show myself. I can't fully be the energy I wanna be because it's not gonna be, like, reciprocated or it's not gonna be accepted at the end. And then I moved a bunch of times and had to hold myself back because I had to, like, where do I fit in?  Who are these people? Will they like me? Yeah, it was very- Play it small ... yeah, it was very strategic for... You got really good at being strategic, being like- Yeah ... I'm just gonna show this element. Yeah. This will be accepted. Ooh, I'm, I'm... That's where your intuition started, was from a very young age of being like, reading the energy of different groups.  Yeah. And, um, even at home, you just learned to play the parts that everybody wanted you to play- Yeah ... to be good Sarah, to be well liked, to be well loved. Yeah. And really, your energy is, like, exuberant and zest and, like, like a lot, you know? Yeah. But you haven't fully learned to- Express it ... access it all.  Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So that's what that bo- so it's like, it's that. It's that that is m- moving around, and the, just the different places are showing you- Different areas ... different forms of communication. Mm-hmm. That you're doing that in this area. You're doing that over here. It's just all the same stuff, so you could- Yeah  almost, like, nip it just with- One, yeah ... that root. Yeah. Um, and then that will, that will go away. Okay. Yeah, that's kinda what I came to this morning, so I was thinking about it. There's all these parts are just the different ways that it's showing me that maybe my thoughts are a little heavier in that one area right now, but it's all the same- All the same  same thing. Yeah. Yep, and you could even start to get really good at that escalation step process too of going almost like you wanna be ahead of it, being like- If you're feeling really good, doing a mental or an intuitive scan of like what could be coming down the pipeline in my energetic body, and if your knee pops up going, "Oh," like, "I really gotta focus on that area."  Yeah. Or your neck, or... And get ahead of the curve, and that's what I'm talking about, like that, that- Yeah ... prep ahead of time when you are feeling good so that it doesn't have to get to that point. Yeah. That makes sense. I was thinking that as, just as you were saying that. I can kind of look to see where I'm a match for the next so- quote, unquote, "pain" until I can really knit this- 100%  piece in the bud. Yeah. Okay. And, um, ooh, I just had a thought. What was it? What was it? What was it? It was, um-  They'll come to me Yeah, having the where am I hi- oh, when you start to have the thought, "Ooh, I haven't had pain in a while," like get in there. Like, that is like the biggest, biggest, biggest, biggest intuitive hit that like this ish is coming down the pipeline. So Ashley, you too, like, "Ooh, I haven't had a flare up in a while," any of those thoughts are like, "You got a couple weeks," or if you're like me, you got like a day notice.  Like- Mm ... you know, rally up. Yeah, I actually haven't... have been having them because I started deadlifting again. I keep having those, "Oh, I haven't hurt my back doing this in a while." And I've almost just like cut them out because I'm like, "I don't know if I've nipped it." So that is a piece that I really need to- Yes.  Yeah, th- um, and also like we talked about, I don't remember which Q&A, set a boundary with higher self of like make it so loud, make it so loud that this thought is coming through that, "Oh, I haven't had this in a while." Like, so I'm con- like put it in your filter, put it in your, your, um, definition of like, I want to be consciously aware I'm having that thought multiple times.  I want you to train... Like, like a train- Mm-hmm ... accident, like in my face, loud, jarring, so that I can be putting more time and energy towards this. And be stern with her. Be stern, yeah. Like, let me know. Tell me. Yeah. Somebody... Who was it? S- I think it was, I think it was, uh, a student in school that was like ha- started having the coughing fit.  Oh, yeah. Kim, I think she said. It's like, "You're welcome." Yeah. Oh, that was a good one. Um- Yeah ... yeah, so, so just having this inner dialogue with self and also just showing body, showing self, having those conversations, like Sarah just said, being really stern, like, "I'm really avidly working on getting this and being done with this, so I need to work with you.  I'm even being like, I know I have a lot to work on, I know that I'm gonna screw up and have like progress where I'm not working on it, and then it ha- happens again and all this stuff, but I'm really putting the energy and time into this, so let's work together." Like, even conversations like that with body, they are so res- Mm  like appreciative of you treating them and having this relationship, again, of going, "I'm giving it my all, you give it your all, let's tag team this together, and you notify me when I'm q- falling off course. Thank you for that. And I'm gonna work really hard on not just focusing on this when the going is rough.  I'm gonna focus really hard on this when things are great, um, so that I can give you my undivided attention and my energetic resources to fully put towards the situation instead of only being able to give 16% when I'm actually in the flare up Yeah. And I think- I've been working- Yeah. Oh, go. No, you. I just said I've been working on that, like, um, with my sleep, with every night before I go to bed telling my higher self, "I do not need to be hypervigilant.  You will wake me up if it is, but I am gonna get a restful night's sleep." Yeah. And if I wake up, I say that to her, like, over and over because it's really helped. I sleep very light. I have that mom brain on. Yes. When I was hypervigilant, you know, I have that, I have a nighttime hypervigilance, and working on that with her, and just being like- Yeah  "No, we are gonna sleep sound tonight. There is no reason-" Yes. And it has really, um, really helped. Yes. And seeing that. Like, waking up the next morning and being like, "Oh, I did have a restful sleep finally," you know? R- that's so important you said that. It's, it's setting the intention, following up and making sure it happened, and sharing it with your brain- Mm-hmm  being like, "See?" Mm-hmm. "We had the conversation. We got the result. We did the effort. We got the result." You know, it's like showing it full picture. I think a lot of people just go, "Well, I did the work," but then they don't follow, and then they don't follow up, and don't consciously see the result. It's there, but they're not conscious of it, so they go, "Well, this didn't work."  And it's like- Mm-hmm ... if I was, like, 17 different things that just worked, we're just not in awareness of it, you know? Yeah, yeah. 100%. This is also... This is a fun thing for you guys to try even if you don't have something like Sarah, where you're like, "I wanna have a restful night of sleep." This is something I've been doing for years.  It works like a charm. I'm giving you my best-kept secret right now. You do not have to set an alarm. You tell your higher self exactly- Mm ... what moment you want to wake up in. Mm-hmm. Wake up at. She will wake you up. You say, "5:14." Wha- whatever time, and if you form a really good, connected relationship with body and higher self, she will be your alarm clock, which is, like- Mm  really fun. It's- And it's, and- I'm a morning person. I'm my own personal alarm clock. Yes. Most of the time when I set- So you just wake up at the same time? I do. Yeah. I have a pretty set schedule. You also can do this for, um- Remind me at 4:13 that I need to get ready for X, Y, and Z. Mm-hmm. Kinda like how you'd talk to Siri.  Siri. I was gonna say, you're Siri. Yeah. My higher self is on speed dial, and I'm like, "Listen, lady, I'm gonna for sure forget this, and I need you to for sure remember me, or remind me to check my mailbox." Mm. To... You have to... I'd start playing around with small things like that. Remember, if you've never done this before, it might take a little bit of, like, you being really connected and responsive to your higher self and forming that relationship.  But when you have that locked in, dialed in relationship, she will go to the ends of the world for you. I even do it for, like, "Hey, I'm going to need a parking spot at the busy farmers market. I'm rolling up at this time. I need you to clear the way for me." And they... We will have action, actions happening of- Mm  parking spaces being full, or somebody just pulling out, and you like... It's, it's wild. So if you start using Siri, you know, your higher self as Siri, and being like, "Hey, I need..." Almost like a... I also think of her as, like, a personal life assistant. Mm-hmm. Like, "Hey, I need this happening. Hey, I need this, this intuitive hit at this time.  Hey, I need this alarm clock to go off. I need, I need..." Whatever. Um, you guys will think after I have shared this of a lot of other ways that you can use her. But forming that relationship, and then again, like Sarah said, following up and being like, "Wow, I only had to wait three minutes for a parking spot.  Typically, this would literally be a half an hour." Those are still breadcrumbs. Even if you're not... Again, we are, like, conditioned to, like, I want it all, and I want it all now. But there are little ways that she'll show you she's working on it, and you just have to be in awareness and be consciously like, "Wow, look at how the energy moved right there.  That's not normal." And then if you have intuition going, "Was that her?" You know, putting all the pieces together and opening up that parking spot, or whatever it is. So remember the breadcrumbs, following it through. Mm-hmm. Because the follow-through is what gives your brain the evidence that it's working, which will allow you to keep using it more and more.  If you don't give yourself the evidence that it's working, you will write it off and go, "It must... I must be broken. This must not be working for me. That's so cool it works for her, but it doesn't work for me." Different things like that. So make sure you do the follow-through with the breadcrumbs. Who's gonna use that hack?  Me. Oh, I'll try it for sure. I actually used it, I used it for the grocery store, because I always like to buy... There's this cottage cheese that I like- Mm-hmm ... and it's always out of stock. Yeah. And so I was like, "Don't let me go to the grocery store," 'cause I go the same time every day. Yes. Have something hold me back if it's not gonna be sh- stocked.  Yes. 'Cause it's the only reason, it's like my main reason for going. That's funny. That's so cool. Or I'll say, "Don't let me go if 100% of the things on my list are not in stock," because- Yes ... ugh. So it's so cool to be like, "This is what I want." Mm-hmm. And asking for it, right? Yeah. And it's, it's being a little of that masculine and feminine of, like, the masculine of like, "This is my expectation," and the feminine of like, "And now I'm receiving."  Right? Yeah. When we don't have a trained intuition, it's a lot of this, like, hopeful energy of like, "I'm just gonna see what they want to give me, and I'm gonna see..." And it's like we can be directed, directive, and we can lead and say exactly what we want, and have that self-worth piece in place of like, "This is exactly what I want it to play out like."  And then being in the... And letting it go, surrendering- Mm-hmm ... and then seeing how it's brought to you, and then receiving and going, "Yeah, this was everything I want." Mm-hmm. "This is whatever I asked for." Yeah. You know? This is, this parking spot- I... Yeah ... this is perfect. I do it with traffic too. I'm like, okay- Yes  I'm gonna go to my parents, I'm asking for light traffic. Y- yes. And I'm- And it's like we don't realize we can express these wants- Yeah ... and these desires, and like i- it'll just kind of change your guys' whole freaking world. Ashley's like, "I have so many things that I will be requesting from here on out, starting with this campground.  We have ish happening here." So try this. Um, it's the same, it's the same, same steps, same protocol for a lot of body healing stuff. Mm-hmm. So if you can do it with little funsy stuff like this- Mm ... it's going to be the gateway into seeing your power, seeing how you create, seeing how you have control, seeing how you can always get what you want, all of that.  Start with the little fun stuff, start to watch it unfold, and then that same skill set always will transfer over to health and healing. So, um, that's a great little, little tool that we can start with today to showcase, provide your body the evidence that it's worth it to keep working on that skill.
