I'm excited to open up this conversation today. We have a major podcast dropping tomorrow that's gonna go into a lot more detail about this concept of dark energy versus light energy.  And I kind of really get into why I talking about dragging our feet. Hello, sweet love. Why I've dragged my feet a little bit in bringing forth this information. And it has a lot to do with just the like, honestly, real trauma of my past, which I get into the podcast tomorrow of just being able to feel these different types of energies all of my life.  But not having like verbiage for it. Not having terminology for it. And honestly, like I keep saying, I talk in depth about it tomorrow when it drops, but it has been a real learning lesson for me and a real. Real lesson in getting over my own fears and nervousness. So I think that it's taken me a while to do that A, but also I want to tread so lightly with this type of conversation because I think other people can come in and also there is a lot that that is brought forth in this conversation.  Organized religion and how people feel about dark energy and um, it's been so interesting where we are in Utah to hear how other people talk about it and to be back home in Wisconsin and hear how Christianity talks about it and Mormonism and all this stuff. There is a lot of baggage that comes with this conversation and a lot of conditioning and programming.  And I really needed to a, make sure that I was cleared of all that and had a full understanding of the teaching, which again, I talk about tomorrow because we all know with reflections, if I don't have a full understanding, you guys are not gonna get the information you need. Right? You guys are gonna feel that vibrancy.  You're gonna feel that lack of resonance of, ooh, she doesn't feel like she knows quite this piece or what about this piece, the questioning and all that stuff, which is great. I want you guys to question. All the time, but I wanted it to be a full circle moment before we ripped off this bandaid and got into the depths of, of this conversation.  And I wanted to also come from it. And I haven't ever seen anything else out there. Not that I really truly explore the interwebs, but if I did, it's never been brought to my attention. Having this taught with a scientific lens of where is this energy coming from and kind of talking about the laws of the universe, the laws and the scientific and the spiritual laws of the universe embedded into this conversation as well.  So lots to come out tomorrow on the podcast. I hope you guys all tune in. It's gonna give you guys a real great, um, basic foundational understanding. And then I also wanted to tackle it today on this webinar as well. And part of the other thing that's coming up is you guys are. You guys are becoming next level with your intuitions, with the trainings that you guys have with your spirituality and your consciousness.  And we'll get into that a little bit today. But the further you kind of climb up this consciousness scale, the more kind of vulnerable you are because your light is getting so bright. You think of it truly from a scientific lens. When you are high conscious, when you have a high frequency, it quite literally means you have a lot of light content in your body, right?  When you are sick or you have a disease or you have an autoimmune condition or a organ is not functioning, the, that specific area of the body will lower its light content, it will be very dark. So energetically, when I'm scanning bodies with my third eye can quite literally see an MIR scan. M-R-I-M-R-I scan MRI, um.  I see that, that that area is dark and it's not light, and it is very low frequency. And so it's really interesting as you guys have more light content, as you guys are gaining experience of how the world works, understanding reflections, understanding how your emotional states go out and attract other things and create your entire reality, your light content is getting brighter and brighter and brighter.  And you guys have heard, maybe before me talk about this analogy of remember those light brights we had as kids? Yeah. Guys, remember that? Maggie's like, I don't know. Maggie, you should probably get your kiddo this, and also may, I think your kids would love this too. Do you know what I'm talking about? May light brights?  No. She's like, oh my God. Yeah. See, I was born in 77, so that's why, because I'm old. You're that old. I tried to find 'em for my kids. It was really hard when they were little, but I did find 'em. Right. Yeah. Maybe you put up the paper and then you poked the little pigs through 'em, and then the light shined through to Yes.  Whatever your picture was. Mm-hmm. Is this a US thing too? Maybe we are not. I've never, oh, it might be light brights. Yeah, so basically it's like. You get all these little colored pegs and there's see-through and colored, and you have this black sheet and it creates a picture, but you put the right colors into the right areas and then you turn it on and it's like this entire picture.  Anyways, it really entertains kids of your guys' ages for a long time, and my kids loved it. I, I feel like I loved it as a kid, but you are kind of like one of those lights on the light bright where the more high frequency you are, the more light content in your body, the brighter you shine. For some of these dark energies, and we'll get into this again for the podcast tomorrow.  But these energies that are from different realms, we have seven full REM realms. God source. Our highest, um, intelligence creator is in the seventh realm Earth we're in right now is in the third realm. And we have some of these different energies coming from the fourth realm, from the fifth, fifth realm, from the first realm, from the second realm.  And they're quite literally in our third dimension right now. They're in our third realm. And because they are not connected to God, and this can be for a number of reasons, right? People, we've talked about this before. Um, when you want something really bad, and this has been coming up a lot in my health clients, the clients that are very sick and are like, I would do anything to get better.  Like I. Basically sell my soul to get a life where I'm not in pain. I just had this conversation with a friend in person that I'm helping in our community, and they were like, I would do that. Like they are the desperation of, mm-hmm. I'm so over this, this, I get like goosebumps right here, like my intuition's like, keep going, but like.  I am so angry, I'm so upset. And this could be for a number of things, right? I see this a lot with health, and I'm sure a lot of you guys maybe have been in a time or space where you were so desperate, so resentful, so angry, could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. Maggie, is this this hit home for you girlfriend?  A little bit. I mean, when I was first diagnosed, that was my first emotion. It, it, I was mad. I was so mad. I was so mad because I'm like, no, I do all the things I'm supposed to do. I do the health, I do the fitness, I do the food, I do the toxins. Like, no, no, but I, I got out of it really quick and I honestly.  I'm very proud of myself for that because I, um, I handled my diagnosis completely different than I would've ever thought I would've could have. You were such, and I stayed in that positive light, the, honestly, the whole time you have moments, but of course, yeah, you were, you do incredible. Yeah, absolutely.  But yeah, you get these, you get these types of initial reactions or like the friend that I'm helping right now has been in it for 10 years and he's like, I don't have another fight in me. Like I'm over this. Like, I can't stand another day in my life feeling this type of pain. You know? And this doesn't just have to be with health.  This can be with money, right. People that have lost literally everything and can't seem to crawl themselves out of the financial whole. Right. I would do anything. And then we also have. It could be from any spectrum and area of life, but we also have people that feel such a void of self love and self care and, uh, accepting themselves.  And they would go the lengths they would do anything to, uh, be a famous musician or be a famous actor, or be in Hollywood or be in the entertainment industry or be a famous politician or whatever kind of they feel like is going to get them. Validation and love from other people around them, right? It could be any job, but it's basically this desperation energy of going, I would do anything right?  And the minute that those kind of words and that type of energy is sitting in our field, it is prime, prime, prime, uh, time for things like dark energy to cordon, to leach on and start siphoning off that energy. And when you have your third eye open, it quite literally looks like a cord. It can be corded into your head, can be corded in your heart, can be corded into all these different areas of your body.  And the light, you will literally see like light flowing from your human self to this dark energy. And the more that they're corded in, and you can have many different things corded in, you can have two things, three things. When I have suicidal clients, it's upwards five, six different beings attached to them.  Their light content as a human is so low, so radically low. Their frequency is so low and they can't, it's that drowning feeling of like, I can't function. I, I'm, I don't understand where my thoughts are coming from. Right. Have any of you guys ever heard of people that are like, I'm not myself right now.  Like I, I'm saying things I don't typically say I'm acting ways that I don't typically act. These are all prime reflections and thoughts that we have when we have something else corded into our energy. And it's not meant to scare you. I think that when I bring up this conversation, 'cause I've had to with clients within the mental health sphere or um, clients that are.  Not themselves, right? They're dealing with body symptoms. They're dealing with some of these different, uh, situations like we've talked about. No money, no, no love, no acceptance. We've had to go through the dark force route to explain to them what's going on. But a lot of times it's the, I can't see this in my physical reality, so this doesn't exist.  It's that conversation of like, I can't see what you're saying, so this can't be real. And I'm having to really teach them the science of, we don't see a lot with our physical eyes, like when this blows people's minds. But when we are looking at an object, like right now you guys are looking at me, you're not actually seeing me, you are seeing, um, subatomic particles, oscillating, and your brain is taking those vibrations, those rays, those frequencies, and your brain is putting a picture to it.  That is how our eyesight works. So again, when you're looking at any sort of object, you're looking at a rock. You're looking at a mountain, it's not really that. It's, it's vibrations and frequencies and rays, and then you're putting a picture to it. There's a lot that our physical eye cannot see, and they've been able to document that in science, like the uv, um, light and infrared and all these other things we can't physically see, but we can measure with different scientific tools and we can know that they're there.  And science has come a long way with being able to, they, I mean, just the fact that they talk about aliens, they talk about reptilians, like they have these conversations and it's, it's. It's introduced to us, but there is this societal norm of that's not real. Right? It scares us. It makes us feel frightened.  It makes us feel, um, it, it's honestly meant to be a woowoo like, um, conspiracy theory thing to make us feel like it's not real and it's funny and it's whatever else, but there is so much that our physical reality cannot see. It continues to blow my mind how much the energetic world is so big and so much bigger than our physical world, but people come back to that type of conversation going, if I can't see it, it's not real.  Right? That's one of the biggest misconceptions people have within this world is that. It cannot be real. The other thing is like I've kind mentioned in the beginning, if you are outside of the US it's really interesting. Maybe Maggie has, maybe Maggie may have some thoughts for us on this, but it is in other cultures or outside of the US it is wildly talk about, talked about to have dark energies and dark spirits, and there's a lot of norms within that.  It feels like within C, within the us, within Christianity, Christianity, Catholicism, Mormonism, and some of the other organized religions. Here it is a no-no to talk about that stuff. Like it is witchcraft, it is shameful, it is, um, it's drawing in that experience. It's going, if I talk about it, if I go there, then I'm drawing in this dark energy towards my world.  Has anyone ever heard about this?  Um, no, no, I wouldn't say no. It is like, uh, not, it's not like it's not commonly talked about, but it's also not frowned upon, I would say. Yeah. That's interesting. Yeah, so, so I mean, I would say, yeah, here where I live right now and where I was born and raised in Austria, it's also like you explained, like same thing, but I, I spent six years in Peru and this was very different actually.  It opened my eyes so much how people talk and how people see things. Because even though, I mean, they have Christianity now and a lot of people are very devoted to it, but at the same time it still exists. What. They believed before or Yeah, this old knowledge, you know? Yeah. Like even when you are sick, people will start to talk about dark energies or maybe you have drawn in something or things like that.  You know, in Peru and Yeah, in Peru. Wow. So very different. Very different. And yeah, the spirituality so different. They do a lot of rituals for certain things, so it's very different. And for me it was so eyeopening. And so did it scare you important? Like what was your feelings? No. No. Not at all. Actually, I did have, I think I did have an open mind for all these things.  Mm-hmm. I just didn't have it around me. Right. And then when I moved there, and with time and living there and getting to know how people approach things. It just was such an important step for my whole spiritual awakening, I would say. Yeah. In, in so many ways. Like in this way that they would talk about dark energies, but also light stuff, you know, like Right.  Both of it, light and dark. I think this is something they always talk about that light and dark has to exist and both are there and yes, it's always imbalance, positive and negative. Yeah. Yes. That's what I was gonna say too. Yeah. Is there's always going to be the polar opposites in our world, speak balance.  There's gonna be hot and cold lies and truth, like dark and light. And so anything that exists in the physical has to exist in the energetic, right. Is there evil in our world in the physical murders, rapes, horrible things happening? Yes. That that has to exist in the energetic. You know, and so this whole entire conversation that people feel like it's not real or it doesn't exist or, or whatnot, is usually rooted in fear and in kind of wanting, wanting to dig your head into the sand and go, Nope.  Like this is too much for me. Yeah. Yeah. And for me, I feel like I have always been able to feel it and I still to this day can feel immediately when something cords into me, I'm like a slight headache. Oh my gosh, something's here. It's cording into me. I need to do, you know, my practices to get it out, um, energetically and something that people don't realize to it.  Along that balance conversation is the only way. Lemme back up for a second. The other, the other little misconception that people have is that. It is only going to cord into you if you are like vulnerable or in a bad position, but most people, like 93% of people, will always have something kind of corded into them or around them.  So it's. Not scary. It's not bad, it's just beginning. And that's kind of the first step that I want you guys to think of today is kind of going, have there been moments in my life where my thoughts are not my own, where I'm not acting myself, where I'm having like a negative reaction that I wouldn't typically have where I'm having an outburst over people that I don't typically have.  And starting to recognize moments where we are not truly our selves. And then if you have a trained intuition to go, is something corded into me? Is there a dark energy corded into me? Is there heaviness around me? Heavy pressure. And you'll start to really gain that awareness of, wow, my chest feels like somebody's sitting on it, right?  Like, I can't take a full breath every time I feel those feelings. I know that there's something being energetically corded into my chest area, right? 99% of the time, that's the problem. Do I wish that I would've known that since I've been 17, 16 and having panic attacks and like, I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest.  And you know, I, I remember having so much anxiety for like 16, 17 years old and everyone would be like, you want a weighted blanket? And I'm like, hell no. Like I feel like I can't breathe already. Like, don't put any more weight on me. I literally, when I had anxiety moments like that, I could not have Tyler even like, rub my back or touch my arm or hold my hand.  Like it was too much pressure on me. And it's really crazy to go back and think of those moments and be like, was there a different energy attached to me that I was so not myself? And so with that started the conversation of they are, you know, kind of in our world and frequently around us, the only way that they can cord in and attach to us are when we are out of balance.  If you are in balance and you have that neutrality perspective and you're able to see the positives, you're able to see the negatives, and you're not kinda living in that chronic fight or flight, they can't get to you. They can't cord into you. It is the minute that we kind of slip, which is why we do a lot with the emotions program.  We do a lot with intuition. Like when we kind of falter a little bit and get out of balance, that's when they can cordon and they can kind of start siphoning off some of that energy. I can already hear you guys be like, so I'm just supposed to be in balance all the time. Like, is that reality here? Like that's psycho.  You're, it's, it's not about being perfect. It's not about perfection. Um, I will be the first person to tell you with all my tools, with all the trained intuition, I still am very human. I still have very human emotions and. A lot of the stuff you'll see, see within spirituality too, is kind of this toxic positivity.  It's be happy all the time, be, you know, um, content that drives me nuts. It drives me nuts too. And it's it because it's not real, right? No. When you're just pushing, you're just stuffing your emotions down. It's not feeling, it's depression is what it is. And then when you have your third eye developed, you can see you, you can see that emotion stuck inside of you.  And when the emotion gets stuck inside of you, it starts attaching quite literally to different memories in your body. And then we have symptoms pop up, right? And those symptoms are lighting up memories that are making the neurons stronger. And it's a whole systematic approach, but it's not healthy. It's not.  High conscious or high frequency, or whatever word you wanna use to be in that toxic positivity state, right? What I teach and what I have found has worked really well for bodies is find yourself, you know, if you find yourself out of balance, it's not being upset with yourself. Shaming yourself. Oh, I'm so sad.  Again, I shouldn't be sad immediately get out of it. It's recognizing first and foremost that you are a little out of balance. And then having the tools to be able to pull yourself out of out, back into balance as quick as you can, but without the critiquing and the shame. Does that make sense to you guys?  Like I don't necessarily fall into, sit with your feelings for 48 hours and sit with them and, and 'cause biologically, when we are doing that, when we're replaying a conversation over and over and over again, you're making those neurons stronger. You're making those memories. Um. False. They're, they're, you are attaching, and maybe I've talked about this before, but when you enter into a memory in an emo negative emotional state, let's say that, um, I am really sad.  Let's say that I, I yelled at my kids and I'm super sad about it, right? And I'm accessing all the memories of the past times I've yelled at my kids, but I'm putting, I'm filtering it with the sadness that I currently feel. And it is making that memory less accurate, less accurate, less accurate, because I'm not pulling that memory from a balanced state.  Does that make sense to you guys? So when we're accessing those old memories with a negative emotional state, it's becoming like there's a filter on it. It puts a, it overlays a darker color on it, and you can't quite. Understand or see the details within that state. Mm-hmm. So then every time you go back to that memory, it's getting less accurate, less accurate.  When I work with PTSD with clients and they're telling me a story, I'll stop 'em and be like, that's 6% accurate. Like, the, the, the memory you're pulling of what happened during that time is nowhere near reality of what happened. You've revisited that so many times and there's so many different overlays of colors on it that you can't grab any of the accurate details.  And it always makes their jaw hit the floor. 'cause they're like, no, I know that happened. And I'm like, it didn't, like this was the reality of it. And so it's working with the brain, which is so freaking incredible. On how to rewire that memory, how to, um, how to rewrite it again so that you're not in that fight or flight state.  We have so many different tools that we can access these days, but it is really wild how, how kind of all of that plays out. Any questions on that, you guys? As far as memories and emotional states? So going back to that idea of perfection is to not perfection, right? We understand when we have our energetic body and our physical body, we understand that it takes time to have it transfer over.  It's not immediately when you have a feeling and you're sitting in emotional state, it's not like 10 seconds later it comes into your physical reality. It takes time where you're stewing over it, you are, um, re-accessing it over and over and over again. You are, you are going, um. Just, I was just dealing with a reflection in the last 48 hours where I was, um, I was telling myself that I wasn't saying the perfect thing at the perfect time was what I was sub was subconsciously happening to me.  And the only reason that that caught my attention was because I was starting to feel a little tickle in my throat and I was like, am I getting what my kids had last week? Like, am I going downhill? And so I was working really hard on reaffirming to myself that all the intuitive advice I give, all the things that come out of my mouth are the perfect things at the perfect time.  And sometimes as, although that's my norm, it travels back to when I was a kid and I felt stupid. I had a learning disability. I felt like I couldn't verbalize important information in speeches or say scientific things, or I would just like freeze and go blank as a kid. And I also. I was making the connection.  I was with my dad last weekend. I was with my sister last weekend. Those six core people, my immediate family, I can revert back to old Maggie conditioning in a, in a blink of an eye if I'm not watching myself. And we're really busy, which we were. We did 21 miles and three days on our hike and hikes and walking around.  So it all was, do you see how that's all like coming out? And so it didn't happen right away though. I never got the cold. I felt a little tiny tickle. And when I looked back, I was sitting in that energy and I could even like look at all the conversations I was having with different people. And I was not.  Consciously going, oh, should I have said that? Oh, I don't know if I should said that. It was subconscious, right? It was, it was going, oh, did I say that? Did I hurt their feelings? Did I say too much intuitive advice where they're not worried, they're not sure if, um, that they're scared or whatever the hell, whatever the heck, um, the case may be, but it was subconscious, right?  So my point is, sharing all this reflection is one, you're not ever gonna be perfect for as much work that I've put in. I'm still dealing with reflections. You will deal with reflections for the entirety of the rest of your life. Never wanna be that teacher where I'm standing there like, I have my stuff together.  We're all learning, we are all in this together. And you can quiet it, you can master certain concepts, but the entire part of living is being able to be out of balance, be it's the, the yin and the yang, right? It's the ebb and the flow, and it's not shaming ourselves when we get out of balance. It's not going, Ugh, biggie, you teach this.  You should always be in balance. You should be perfect around your family. You should blah, blah, blah. It's not about that. It's going, oh, I just recognize that I was going back to old patterning. That makes sense, right? I've just been around people that, you know, it's really easy for me to fall into that.  I'm so glad that I have the tools to not have this get into a full blown cold, and I can course correct it immediately. And so that's the type of mentality I want you guys to have around emotional balance. It's not about being perfect, it's about being an awareness of just simply going, thank you body for letting me know, by giving me this little scratch, by allowing me to recognize where I'm out of balance.  And now I can course correct without the shaming, without being upset with myself. And even if I had gotten into a full blown cold, still carrying that mentality of thank you for showing me. Thank you for providing me information, because if I think of that, if I'm not feeling like what I'm saying is the perfect thing to say at the perfect time, would that make me a good teacher for you guys?  No. Like you guys would feel my energy and you'd be like, this chick is crazy. Like she's not rooted to what she's saying. She's um, she's not speaking from truth, she's not speaking. You guys would like feel that in our resonance, right? Feel that in the vibration. You guys would feel that in the energy. My literal sole purpose on this earth in this lifetime is to teach you guys, is to open up your awareness and your consciousness.  I can't do that when I'm feeling like crap about myself, when I'm feeling insecure, when I'm feeling a lack of confidence. And so your body will always just kind of course correct that. So along that conversation of dark forces, I don't want you guys to fall into that trap. Of going, they're gonna be around me if I'm not perfect all the time.  Please do not allow your body to land. Slide into that. What I want you guys to, to start to recognize is, am I critiquing myself? Am I having shame around, falling out of balance or fear of falling out of balance? Because this can create an opening or a vulnerability for dark energy to get in. That's what I kind of want you guys to start navigating this week is that sense of awareness.  Do you guys have any questions on this, Maggie? She's like, oh yeah, girl. Yeah. Nice rampage. I'm here now. Yeah. I wanted to ask two questions about children. Yes. So first one. Mm-hmm. Um, when you, because I understand the whole thing of not going again and again, not revisiting the memories and stuff mm-hmm.  Because it'll also like strengthen your neuro pathway and everything. Mm-hmm. And for example, when children experience, uh, traumatic situation or even not that traumatic, but let's say it's something big. Okay. Uhhuh, like something traumatic. And they would normally, or often, um, start, um, working through it in their play, in their games, like mm-hmm.  Playing the scenes again and again. And in best case scenario, like change it and make it different. Right? Yes. Yeah. But kind of revisiting it pretty often. Mm-hmm. So would you say. This can go into a too often direction. Mm-hmm. That they're re revisiting it too often or is it actually important that they can play through it?  So I would ask some intuitive questions. Yeah. While they are playing through it, are they actually resurfacing the memory? I'm getting a no for that. Mm-hmm. Um, so, but that, I mean, that's not a always answer, but I would Yeah. Add to it. Um, while they are working through that, is it act, is the memory actually being brought back up and resurfaced?  Because sometimes it's not even a memory, it's just a feeling they're sitting in and they have to like show it to you, right? Yes. And they make, they do this through. Through acting it out in their mm-hmm. In their games. Mm-hmm. So what I would do for that is one, ask that question. Are they actually resurfacing a memory?  No. Perfect. What I would do is I would play with them and kind of course correct their thought process through the play. Yeah. Yeah. And I mean this, yeah. This is what I would usually do. I'm not even asking for my, my own kid, which is mm-hmm. Really small still. But, um, I have told you, I'm a music therapist and I work with children with traumatic experiences.  So this is usually what I do when they, when they start acting out in their, in their role mostly they want to play role games. Yep. And then, yeah. And what I would do is, um, help them to change the story or to, to feel the feeling that actually needs to be felt and stuff. Yes. Until now, I had not. All these skillsets that I'm now starting to use during, during this work process.  You know? So actually, yeah. I, I wanna go so much deeper in all of this with my own intuition, but now it just popped up this question. Totally. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I would course correct them through the thoughts. Um, if it, they're not accessing that memory, it just means that they're repeatedly in that emotional state.  Yeah. Right. And so helping them see the neutrality of it, helping them see both ends of it, helping them get to a different emotional state will be extremely helpful for them. Yeah. And then also realizing that. They most likely are pulling from mom or dad. Yeah. And that if they're repeatedly in that emotional state, it's 'cause mom and dad are repeatedly in that emotional state and you can kind of do the course correcting while you're with them.  But then having the conscious understanding that they're probably gonna come back next time and be put back into that emotional Yes. Or like already be in that emotional state. And I think just it will be important detaching from the idea that you're not doing a good job or you're not moving the needle or any of those things.  It's gonna be kind of outside of your hands with how they are being taken care of at home and the energy they're pulling. Yeah. You know what I mean? So just making sure that you're not putting it on you like I'm not doing I'm good job. Where I'm not, I'm not helping them as much in the way that I would like to.  Allowing yourself to kind of be like, this is their sole purpose and they're still pulling for mom and dad. They were supposed to, they knew that before they came into this world and kind of just making sure that your neutral so you're not getting into a space of scarcity around that. Mm-hmm. And then if it were, yeah, thank you.  If it were my kid too, and we talk about this at the later end of the emotions program, but you can rewrite memories. So I've been able to work with some of my kids for these, um, like traumatic or situations that have been upsetting to them. And we will revisit the memory with the correct protocol. And there is a certain amount of time you have to do it for a certain amount of weeks, um, for them to go back and access that memory and it be a positive experience.  So. If it is your kids or if you get into a situation where you're working with clients, with kids, or your clients are kids and you wanna work on that protocol to rewrite the memory, that can be really helpful for kids that have traumatic experiences. But you would do that when they're already their own energy or would you do that with smaller children too?  No, you, you can do it with smaller children as long as they have the ability. I, let me see what age I would start. I wouldn't go below. Um, I wouldn't do anything under five 'cause I don't think they'll be able to logically access some of those different tools that we work through in the protocol. And it will only work too if they are fully on board.  With rewriting that memory, you know, so a lot of questions to ask intuitively, like, does their higher self truly want help with this? Are they want, are they onboard with changing this? They have to have their energy behind it in order for the protocol to work. Okay. Does that make sense? Um, but you can still definitely do it if they're not their own energy, because if they keep going back to a memory and it's rooted in their system in different places, uh, they can, they can change that within their own psyche, within their own body and not have anything to do with mom and dad because most likely mom and dad aren't resurfacing that memory for them.  That's something that they're already doing energetically themselves. You know, could that happen, like where mom and dad are continuing to talk about stuff that happened and like re going back to that thing. It could, I'm not saying that that's never a possibility, but it's likely that they're subconsciously reviewing it over and over and over and they can move beyond it within that protocol.  Did you? Yeah. That's super interesting, isn't it? Yeah, it can do, it can help a lot with repetitive patterns that children have. Um, you know, every case is so different depending on if they're pulling mom and dad, if mom and dad are still in the picture, all of these other things. Yeah. But there's so much you can do for this type of PTSD traumatic stuff where they can really move beyond these standard emotional states that they find themselves in, because the brain is so interesting.  Like if you, if you sense the same. Um, smell or eyesight or any of the five senses, it can automatically put you into the emotional state that you were in within that traumatic experience. So even if it's the same fragrance or the same tonality, music does that for me. Music? Mm-hmm. See, it is a great example.  You hear a song you go right back to when you were 17 and getting broken up with, and you're like, but mm-hmm. Yeah, absolutely. Music does that, uh, candle sense. Um, even hearing somebody's voice, like I have talked openly about my dad, like the minute he gets into a frantic state, there's a look on his face and there's a tone in his voice and it can put me back into that state, you know, lickety split.  So. You ha it's a really interesting thing, but you have to unco, you have to disconnect the memory into different spots in your body. You have to rewrite the memory. It is work, but it works wonders. You know, doing that internal work is so, so, so beneficial. Because people have said like, I think even we have, um, people that you guys would know in class too, that have done this work, that have said, I went back into that memory and I feel so great about it.  Like super traumatic stuff that are like, she's worked on it, she's worked on it, she's worked on it. And she's like, I have nothing bad with that, that time and that experience in my life. Um, because she put in the work of re-accessing it a certain amount of time for a certain amount of weeks, rewriting it and it works really well.  And is I think, game changing for those that are going back in time always to certain moments and stuff. Um, did you have another question, Maggie, or was that good? Yeah. The other one was, um, if dark energies can come into your field mm-hmm. Um, for children. Mm-hmm. Would they, um, I mean smaller children that are still connected to, to an adult.  Mm-hmm. Would they come from the, the parent or adult into their field, or would they go straight to the child? Like, is it a, it's most, uh, energetic thing with the parent? Um, it can be reflective of the parent for sure. Um, I would say below. Seven, they're not gonna cord too much into a child and like be siphoning off their energy.  It's gonna be more so when they're older and having their own reflective states. Yeah. Um, the funny thing about kids, and not very funny, but kids and pets can see more of the energetics because. You guys have heard me talk When you're young, you are so intuitive. You are so, uh, usually not as conditioned.  As we get older, we get more conditioned. We turn off our third eye, we turn off our intuition. We become what society wants us to become because we don't typically see people walking around being like, I can see spirits. I like, that's not the norm. So you fall into those patterns. But if you see animals seeing things like in your house, like cats playing with the air, dogs barking at nothing.  Animals can see dark energy, light energy. They can see it. All. Kids typically can too. Under those ages of seven, they. Will be very, you think of like night terrors, um, sleepwalking, um, having, um, like when you, I don't know if your kids ever did this When I was young, I had like best friends that weren't there.  You know what I, imaginary friends, if your kids have imaginary friends, they're typically talking to real energies that they feel like are truly there. Um, and parents will just slough it off like, oh, that's not real. Or it's just in your head. It's like, no, actually Sarah's for real. She's your, your best friend, your imaginary friend Sarah.  She's, she's really in your house. Um, but it's just not wildly talked about. So they will not typically cord into kids until they are reflective, with the exception of, um, ghosts. Ghosts can be tethered into children and different things like that. Typically, it's a learning lesson for the parent to have, um.  That experience. I've seen it happen where the child has like a ghost tethered into them and it's to provide a lesson for a mom or a dad that energy work is real, that go like things are, um, things can be real. That they're not just letting their subconscious mind fixate on. So it can be a life or soul lesson for the parent.  And sometimes they will leverage the kids so that, 'cause always us as parents, we like we'll do anything for our kids. So if our kids typically saying things that they're hearing things or seeing things, after a while you start to go, this has to be real because they're bringing stuff up that I don't know about, or whatever.  And that can be a lesson for the parents to just be a little bit more on their sole purpose or recognize things that they're saying are not true. Does that help Maggie? Yeah. Um, but more so like the cording in is much, much older, um, teen years and beyond, you know, 10, 11, 12, that type of thing. And I think too, the more that you can talk to your kids and give them the understandings of the, typically what I have found with working with clients is when the clients talk to the kids, the kids are always like.  Oh yeah, I, we make it so much, a bit of a bigger deal than it is where the kids are typically like, oh yeah, I've seen stuff before. I've felt energy before. Or like, they're so nonchalant about it. But as parents, we make it such a bigger deal than it truly is. But when we open this conversation for our kids, they're able to express things that typically they feel like they've gone crazy or it's not real, or they couldn't put into words what they were seeing and feeling.  And so it gives them a sigh of relief when we open up this conversation and they're allowed to truly express themselves and what they've been seeing and feeling in that type of thing. Really interesting. Uh, can I just ask you Yes. With that, if they haven't been typically seeing things like that, how would you open up that conversation about, I would just say, um, I think.  Not like you'll always hear me say, I will never sit down and have these like, formal conversations. The more we sit and we go, this is what it is, this is, you know, our kids rebel against that, it makes them feel like we're telling them what to believe instead of them coming up with the conclusions themselves.  So I would just start role modeling in my own life. Like, ooh, I feel, I feel some sort of energy here, or I feel, um, a presence here. Just different things if you can feel that. I think just opening up the conversation that there's so much more to this world and not having a negative, scary connotation to it.  Um. For a long time, Brooks was terrified of aliens, like terrified. Like he would lose sleep over it. He'd sleep next to us. And it was just opening up the conversation that, yeah, there and, and having this type of like, uh, energy and tone to it. Like of course there's different species. Do you think humans are the only thing on this world?  Like, isn't that cool that there's so many things that we haven't been able to discover yet? Like how cool is it? Like the information they could bring us, like all like, just talking about it in that sense or talking to your husband about it and having them around just so it doesn't feel like this dense, heavy, scary stuff.  You know what I'm saying? If you are scared as the parent, your kids will automatically pick up that energy and be freaking terrified. Um, if you are neutral about it, your kids will just feel like it's a part of life. Does that make sense? Mei? Yes. Do you have more around that? No, no, that's all. Thank you.  Yeah. I, I think too, even if kids don't have their third eye open where they're seeing energy, they will be able, everybody can feel it, especially when they're young like that. Um, you think of kids who are scared before they go to bed or feel like something's in the room, that's energy that they're feeling, right?  How many times have kids been like, there's something under the bed, there's something in the closet. I feel scared, I feel nervous. Right? That's them feeling the different energies around the room and typically super valid. So it's just showcasing and kind of having that vibe to you that you're safe, you're okay.  There's stuff like, and just like almost introducing the energetic world and the physical world. There's stuff in both worlds and, um, yeah, that's kind of how I would start to approach it. Okay, so what I wanna take away for this week. Is just the awareness. I want you guys to start looking for things as you're moving through this week.  Am I feeling more pressure than normal? Am I feeling more head pressure? Am I feeling like something sitting on my chest? Am I feeling like I'm not acting myself? Am I feeling like words are coming outta my mouth that don't typically come outta my mouth and are absolutely insane words? Or, you know, am I acting a way that I wouldn't actually act typically is something triggering me that I has never triggered me before and I'm typically really chill with and all of a sudden I'm just like flying off the handle for no good reason.  I want you guys to start getting into that awareness of. Huh. I don't feel like I'm fully being myself right now. And then if you guys have that developed intuition going is something around me in my energy field or corded into me that could be affecting this mood, that could be affecting this energy that I'm having right now and starting to just gain that awareness.  You guys don't need to typically, you guys right now, I've checked, I've been really on top of this. You guys won't need the ability to clear things right now and all of that. I just wanna start opening the conversation up. There's the energetic world and the physical. There is light and there is dark, and we are so powerful with light.  We are a million times more powerful than any dark energy like we truly can speak into existence. This was the very first thing too that I did, um, before I learned any of this stuff was. We can speak things into existence and they have to obey. So when I have been able to feel things, the very first time somebody, I don't even remember where I was or who I learned it from, but they were, I was opening up and I was like, I can't sleep because I can feel things in my room have felt like that all of my life.  And they were like, just tell 'em to leave. And I was like, what? Like, that's it. Like just tell 'em to leave. Like, I've been having this for decades and I just, and, and I would do that though. I started maybe 15 years ago just shouting out into the room and being like, you are not welcome here. Leave my space.  And I'd immediately feel better. And I was like, whoa, that is so much simpler than I thought. But we don't. Understand. We are not talked, we are not trained on how powerful we are and how much our energy behind words and commanding things and demanding things truly shift matter. And so we are so much more powerful than any other energy that is dark or light or any spectrum in between.  We are so high conscious, so high frequency that we could squash any of 'em in a millisecond. So I don't want you guys to be fearful of that. Um. It is all about learning the tools and the resources to be able to handle these things. But the reason I wanna touch on this and start opening this conversation is because it does affect our career, it does affect the ability to bring finances in.  It does affect our ability to find love and have great relationships. If we're constantly being corded into, and we don't have that integration and that knowledge, and we're having dark thoughts, we're having scarcity thoughts, we're not being ourselves. Does that affect our everyday life? Yeah, absolutely.  Right. Does it affect our parenting? Does it affect our job opportunities? Absolutely. When we're in a negative state and something is truly outside of ourselves, taking away or taking and siphoning off good thoughts and high energy and high vibes and all that stuff. That is going to affect our daily life and what we bring in and what we create and how we show up in the world.  So starting this conversation of understanding the importance of that while also not having fear is gonna be a really good place. And just another tool you guys have to truly get the most aligned to life possible, which is our entire goal here is just, are you guys being your authentic self, which means you don't have other things taking on and making emotions contagious and hijacking thoughts and all this other stuff.  In order for me to teach you guys to be your most authentic self, we gotta go here. We gotta go down this rabbit hole. We have to give you the tools and the integration, um, because it's a part of our world. Like I said, whether you dig your head in the sand, you say it's not real. I can't see it. Um, my religion says that it's not, not here, not real.  That's horrible. I'm bringing it on. Whatever those conditioning thoughts are. The reality is that we are made of light and dark. We have light and dark in our world, and we have to not only fixate on the high vibe stuff, the high frequency stuff, we also have to be protected from the other spectrum of light, which is just how source and God created this world.  It's a balance of both positive and negatives and we gotta go both places in order to have the full understanding of life. So Becky's like, okay. Alright. This is all much for me, but, alright. Um, so there is no q and a this week. It's my, my birthday, so we are going. I know it's gonna be so fun. Not my only question is about night terrors. Oh yes. I've dealt with that. I mean, that's what I call them. I don't know if that's like a, I know they're a thing, but I don't know if that's what I have or not.  But ever since I was younger, I would like, I would travel with my mom when she would go to work and I would wake up in the middle of the night and I'd either be screaming or I'd stand up in the bed and like just something jolts me out of sleep. And it still happens to me today. And I mean really? Yes, and I will, I will wake up so abruptly and scared to death.  My heart will be racing. Um, and I will think. I will be like in this state where I'm not quite awake, I'm not quite asleep. Totally. I'm trying to figure out what's real and what is not. But every time it's is am I going to get taken, attacked, killed, hurt, like that? Totally. In a state. Um, and then it takes a minute and I'm like, you are home.  That's your bedroom door. That's the tea. Like I have to like tell myself what everything in my room. 'cause I live by myself. I mean, I'm divorced so I have my kids, but Totally. And then you have fun for yourself. Then I'll be like, okay, yourself at this stage, you're fine. Yeah. I'm like, everything's fine and get that heart rate down.  But is that. Darker something. Absolutely. Yeah. So we are very actually very, very vulnerable when we are sleeping. We're sleeping. Yeah. That's kind what I thought. We actually, this is gonna blow your guys' mind, but a lot of you guys will also leave this dimension when you're sleeping and go to other dimensions and your body will be not your body.  Your body will be here, your soul will be off in another land flying that's crazy to the sky. It is really crazy. Um, another thing to note, if you're sleep talking or your kids are sleep talking, they're usually off somewhere else as well. Um, those are some indicators. So we are very, very vulnerable when we sleep and so we'll have to go kind of go through some sleep protections for you.  It's gonna be important for you to almost do energy work on yourself before you sleep so that you're off limits 'cause you're not in that conscious state. So they find it very easy to come in, especially if you go to bed. What I would start doing is I would start monitoring when you're having. Does this happen often?  Like every week, every few days? No, it used to. Yeah, it used to. And, and the only thing I attributed it to back, I don't know well ever is if I am very, very worried about something, stressed about something. I was just gonna say that. So it's you. Those are, that's when I notice it. I'm like, okay, that's when it's happening.  Which makes sense because if you're going to bed imbalanced mm-hmm. You're a, you're opening up your energy to be vulnerable for them to cord in. Yeah. So that would be the other thing is start monitoring. But if you already know that, start trying to figure out if you can get into a more neutral state before you go to bed before bed and just not make sure that you are like, it's a lot more rare than it used to be.  It used to be all the time, but ever since I've learned to like, regulate, regulate, it's a lot less frequent. Yeah. But it still happens occasionally. Yeah. So that, I would attribute definitely that to that. Um, and just know that. If it does happen, I must have was, I must have been really imbalanced when I went to bed again.  We can start teaching you kind of the energy work to shield yourself and make sure that they don't have access to while you sleep. Mm-hmm. Um, the shields can drop if you go into like a nightmare and you're back into a fight or flight state subconsciously in a nightmare. Um, but typically there's a lot we can do with it.  Sure. But I would start there like okay, getting more neutral, but yeah, definitely is then messing with you like just cording and a little, a little bit skis. Yeah. Uh, kids can have that too with the, the night terrors depending on the age. So, yeah. Maggie, did you have a question? Yes. I was wondering, um, because you said one, they would be more attracted to.  To people that have like very high frequency or the more light mm-hmm. Someone has the more they would be attracted to this being. Yep. But at the same time, also, people who have already, are already in a, in a difficult state, in a dark state, like they would also go to them and court in even more or even more.  So actually it's both ends, right? It's both ends one, yeah. Um, so, so we're like, when you get so hype, so me as a teacher, I'm out here sharing this information, I'm kind of exposing, I am bringing more conscious awareness to them that pisses them off. Like it, it puts me in a very vulnerable state where they can see that I am bringing this information to light.  So I'm like a prime candidate for them to leach on, try to find me, blah, blah, blah. But also, you're right. If you are in, you think of like alcohol to any sort of like, um, altering your consciousness, um, that like bar bars, you guys have heard me say are like loaded with stuff. I mean, those are prime candidates that are sad, lonely, insecure, wanting to have fun, like imbalanced, right?  They are just, I can't even walk into a bar anymore be, I could if I wanted to, but it's just, it's so heavy, it's so dense to me energetically that it's not worth it. But yeah, if you are in a low state, they will also feel like you are an easy feeding ground, which I talk about in the podcast tomorrow too.  But they only, they're not, it's, it's not like a human where they have conscious thoughts. I mean some energies and entities. Have those more conscious thoughts where they can, you know, do rituals and stuff to your human, but they are wanting nourishment from your light. It's literally like they disconnected from source.  They are no longer getting light from God, from source. So they have to go out and fend for themselves to find light, to find nourishment. If they don't have light, some sort to some extent, they will not be alive. They will not, you know, be able to physically live. So they're out there trying to find light and nourishment and so if you are in a dark space, depressed, blah, blah, blah, and you're kind of lower on that frequency pole.  And not truly an awareness, you're an easy source of nourishment for them to be like, they're nowhere near kicking me off of them. You know, they're in such an altered state. They're an easy feeding ground, essentially. So when I have mental health patients that are in these mental health crisis, it's not only do we need to focus on unor you, but I need to teach them to unor themselves and be an awareness of when other things are on them, siphoning off their energy, you know, so they can keep on top of it.  Yeah. Makes so much sense. Yeah, it's, yeah. So it's both, and also that they would hang around at the places where there's already low energy. Yeah. Or, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's really, you can feel it depending where you go. Also, if you go to a neighborhood maybe where there's a lot of people. Living close each other.  Where is a lot of alcohol or a lot of difficulties, like areas like this, like low poverty areas. You Yeah. Yeah. It is. And it's sad. Um, but very much the truth. If there's low energy there, it's a almost like, um, and infe like homeless communities, like infestation of them hanging around because like you said, it's an easy, easy source of nourishment.  Yeah. And the reason too, you guys that we haven't brought this up is because you guys are not, a lot of you guys are not in the same position I am where I'm touching the stuff every day. You're not as bright as where I am, where I'm like creating podcasts, creating public announcements, that type of thing.  I'm shining super bright, but you guys are not at that level. Does that make sense for you guys to be of concern? So we will get into it a lot more. There's so much more to talk about. This is like 0.0% of all the things that there is to know, but it's just starting to open up the consciousness and the awareness and knowledge is power, like having these types of tools.  It's going to be just another step of gaining the full control over your life and the full power of your life to create whatever you want to create and to pretty much be invincible with understanding how balance works, emotions work. All of it is just, it's another really good pillar for you guys to be an awareness of.
